The purpose of the College of Engineering HR Eval
system is to provide an efficient means to produce
a performance evaluation for probationary and
non-probationary classified personnel and to ensure
that employees are evaluated in a timely manner.
The essence of a performance evaluation is a list
of expectations. For each expectation, you must
indicate a rating (meets/exceeds expectations,
needs improvement, or n/a) and you may (or may
not) enter comments regarding observed performance.
