HR Eval Tutorial


Step 1: Overview

The purpose of the College of Engineering HR Eval system is to provide an efficient means to produce a performance evaluation for probationary and non-probationary classified personnel and to ensure that employees are evaluated in a timely manner.

The essence of a performance evaluation is a list of expectations. For each expectation, you must indicate a rating (meets/exceeds expectations, needs improvement, or n/a) and you may (or may not) enter comments regarding observed performance.

The system is located at and requires a username and password. If you have an account, but have forgotten your login information, you can have it sent to you by typing your email address into the text box on the lower portion of the page and clicking the “I Forgot” button.
